Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
There is none: we produce from 1 unique prototype up to 2,000 pieces in series. The prototype validates the design before scaling production.
Can you produce my company’s or team’s mascot?
Yes, it’s one of the things we do most: from the logo or costume to a collectible figure for activations, corporate gifts and retail.
Is packaging included?
We can deliver the piece alone or with a display box and custom packaging featuring your character’s assets. It’s defined in your proposal.
Do you make characters based on existing themes or styles?
We work with themes and styles as inspiration, adapting them so your piece is unique. Your original design is always the best starting point.
How do you make sure the piece looks like I imagined?
First you approve the free 3D render and, for series, a physical prototype. Nothing is mass-produced without your OK.
Do you invoice and ship internationally?
Yes, we invoice and ship across Mexico with protective packaging, and we can arrange international shipping for special projects.
